  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for your health condition.

  • Treatment plans and outcomes are not guaranteed; results may vary between individuals.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session cost.

  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time without a reduction in fee.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash or card payments.

  • Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Health & Safety

  • You must disclose any relevant medical history, injuries, or health conditions before treatment.

  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from failure to provide accurate information.

  • If you feel unwell or have a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

  • We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse of advice, exercises, or treatments provided.
